I’ve taken to doing my weekly weigh ins on Friday because I’m participating in a 90 day challenge with some of the lovely ladies over on the r/xxketo sub. I like that it keeps me a little accountable for my weeks actions and I just love the supportive r/xxketo community in general.
Well I stepped on the scale this morning not expecting much, I know I’ve been in a nice little groove this week with my meals and such and I do usually have my little monthly weight drop after surviving shark week, but I dropped 3 mother effing lbs this week!
I’ve been on this journey for about 8 months so my weight drops don’t happen as often and I can go through weeks of fluctuating before actually dropping to a new low, that’s just how my body works. This one caught me off guard! In a good way!
Since starting Keto I’ve now officially lost 56 lbs…how is this even real life.
