This week is mainly about the NSVs (non scale victories) for me!
Even though I didn’t have any real change on the scale I did notice a real difference in how my clothes fit. I put one of my favorite racer back tanks on yesterday and I looked ridiculous! It seriously looked like I borrowed it from someone else’s closet. Just a few months ago this shirt was SNUG and that’s being generous. My jeans are also starting to get a serious waist gap, I’m not the biggest fan of wearing belts, so I’ve been having to tug them up all week. It looks like a closet purge is in order.
The biggest victory for me this week though is that I noticed I can now sprint/jog without feeling like all of the air in my lungs is being forced out at every step. I never thought I would be so happy that my bewbs got smaller, lol. I loved running when I was younger and the fact that I might be able to run and ENJOY it is just mind blowing! I’m sure my dog is going to enjoy that fact as well.
