Another week down.
I actually hit a 240 day streak with tracking on MFP yesterday, how has it already been that long?!?! Feel free to add me on there (kto_keto), I’m usually pretty good about tracking and sharing my food diary.
I’m down 1.5 lbs from last week which means my monthly bloat is on it’s way out! I’ll probably reach a new low in the next week or so, then I’ll be in uncharted weight territory. My lowest adult weight that I can remember was around 163 in the beginning of college.
Kinda makes me nervous b/c I’m excellent at self sabotage when it comes to being successful with something, it’s like the idea of success makes my brain go a little haywire. That is something I’m working on in general though and it’s definitely not a weight loss exclusive reaction.
NSV of the week:
I have soooooooooooooo much more energy and that was made apparent to me last weekend. I went to help my Mom with yard work and I seriously felt like the Energizer bunny ya’ll. Still got sweaty and stinky…but I felt unstoppable!
