Woohoo! Survived another week of adulting.
I’m down half a pound this week, which surprised me to say the least. I have NOT been able to stick to my daily calorie goals this week and have been over by at least 100 or more kcal almost every day, eating closer to maintenance. I’ll take it though!
Started the steps towards making my YouTube channel a thing!!! I want to use it to supplement the blog and also just to see if it’s something I’ll like doing because I LOVE YouTube. I plan on doing unboxing videos for my Keto Subscriptions at the beginning of the month, grocery hauls, maybe a weekly/monthly video update, some info/stream of consciousness stuff…it’s all still in the planning stage. I can promise it’s going to be a little more on the informal side because there’s enough serious in the world already.
What would you be interested in seeing? What would you find useful? So far I plan on creating content I would have wanted to see when I first started out, in the hopes of helping someone else.
NSV of the week:
I’m currently wearing the Large band size for my Fitbit and it’s almost at the last hole (I like to wear it a little loose). I think it may finally be time to switch over the the Smaller band size!!!
