Sorry this is going up a little later than usual. It has been a very long week and I’m so happy it’s Friday afternoon!
I’m glad to say that if I didn’t stress eat this week I’ve probably worked my way through that particular bad habit, clenching my teeth is another story.
On the weight loss front I am officially in the 150’s!?! I honestly DO NOT remember being below 160 and now I am, it’s a little surreal to be honest.
NSV of the week:
I found low carb wine at a reasonable price that doesn’t taste bad! The brand is called Cavit and they have 4 varities that come in >1g carbs per 5 ounce serving! Now I can add a nice glass of Pinot Noir to my Thanksgiving food list. 🙂
