As of today I’ve been tracking on My Fitness Pal for 350 days! The countdown to a year of tracking Keto now begins.
How has it already been that long?
350 days without intentional cheats, 350 days of changing my normal, 350 days of improving the heck out of my cooking skills, 350 days of little/big mistakes, 350 days of emotional highs/lows & 350 days of moving towards a happier/healthier me!
If you take everything one day, one meal even, at a time it’s amazing how much can change without you noticing. It’s amazing how much you can change!
When I hit 365 days I’m going to do a write up on my year, including the highs and the lows.
