Happy New Year everyone!
I’m looking forward to a new year of creating and connecting.
I’ve gone 360 with tracking now and can’t believe it’ll be one full year of this wonderful, frustrating, enlightening & healing keto journey in less than a week. I haven’t been perfect but I’ve done my best, though the change for the better is more than evident.
Over Christmas & New Year’s I’ve stuck closer to maintenance so I can enjoy time with family and friends without having to worry about a calorie deficit. Now that it’s a new year back to tracking I go. Guess it’s time to dust off my gym shoes and neglected gym membership, lol. Now that I’ve gotten a handle on my food it looks like it’s time to start focusing on strength training & toning.
I just want to give a sincere thank you to my BEYOND SUPPORTIVE family! All the amazing changes I made last year would have been sooo much harder without y’alls help.
On day 365 of my Keto journey I plan on posting a little year in review for y’all. Hopefully sharing my successes and failures will help someone who’s just starting, returning or struggling with this way of eating.
