I finally did it, I worked up the nerve to take progress pictures and posted my year update on r/keto, it only gave me a small panic attack… y’all I’ve been putting it off for the longest time b/c I sometimes think I won’t see a difference.
I also took some updated measurements last night.
For some reason having physical measurements of my progress makes more of an impact on me than any photo ever could! I also really like seeing the trend in my weight loss on the My Fitness Pal progress chart.
Sorry to just drops stats and run but I need to get back to work!
