I have been having some serious inner debates about my eating this week, even after 416 days of tracking Keto old food habits are hard to get over. This will probably be an issue I struggle with for life. But as long as I keep it real with myself I can get over it one day at a time. I did add a book called Brain Over Binge to my Kindle carousel, I’ve heard good things about it.
On a positive note my C25K jogging training is still going great! I can now jog 5 minute intervals without hyperventilating!!! I did get some new running shoes earlier this week, I can’t wait to try them out this afternoon. 🙂
