I posted my update video late last night! I’m out of town visiting family this weekend and I wanted to share some of the beautiful Turkey Run Park trail, it’s part of the new Louisville Loop.
This week my run schedule was thrown off but my eating did improve! I don’t know my weight this week because I’m traveling but I’m also not super concerned about that because I now know I’m getting physically stronger.
I put my C25K training to the test in the Atlanta airport on Thursday! My first flight was delayed 2 hours so I literally sprinted through the airport to make my connection! I even sprinted up two large escalators and boy do my legs regret it, lol. Made my flight and now I’m enjoying time with family. 🙂
