I hope everyone’s had a great week!
I’m still struggling with sticking to my deficit lately but the big grill I did for meal prep last week helped a lot. I made some low carb sausage, regular burgers, smoked Gouda pimento stuffed burgers, grilled jalapeno poppers and a few grilled veggie packets. I honestly forgot how good stuffed burgers can be, though mine could have used just a little more filling.
Pro tip for bunless burgers – cut the patty in half and put the toppings in the middle, so much more convenient. A picture of a burger is now my most popular Instagram post, didn’t realize it was such a revolutionary idea, lol.
Also want to show off my new favorite $3 mug for work! Found it at Marshall’s and it’s just perfect for me to reheat my coffee in if it gets cold, I love my Yeti but you can’t pop that sucker into the microwave.
Got to re watch That Sugar Film with my Mom this week and I forgot how much I enjoyed it! If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend checking it out. I actually bought the digital version on Amazon instant video but I believe it is currently free to watch if you have a Prime membership.
