Here’s a quick haul of some Keto and low carb friendly items. This trip ended up being a lot of dairy but that wasn’t on purpose. I plan on using the whole milk yogurt and cottage cheese sparingly because they are higher in net carbs, but can be worked into my day without too many issues in smaller serving sizes.
