This week has been one of the longest in my life, we lost an amazing member of my family and I’m really struggling with it. Early Sunday morning on Mother’s day we learned that my Grandma O. passed away and that’s left a hole that’s hard to fill.
I’m going to honor her memory by not using this as an excuse to slip back into old habits of eating for comfort and I’m going to make decisions based on need, not want, right now. My Grandma was one of my biggest supporters and I’m going to celebrate her by living my best life possible.
I’ve really been having a hard time making the best decisions recently but I’m taking everything one day at a time. I’m not okay right now, but I will be.
