I’m alive and well! I’ve been working pretty hard to get back into a good routine and I think I’ve found one that works for me.
I’ve really kicked it into gear with steady exercise and I’ve found that I’m less hangry in my day to day life. I’m restarting C25K on the treadmill at the gym to avoid the heat and I’ve also been doing the level 1 routine from Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred program every day. Starting the 30 Day Shred workout really showed me how out of shape I am! But after about a week of pushing through as much as I can I’m almost to a point where I can complete all of the circuits without having to take a break.
This week I’ve also discovered a love for fasted cardio! I feel less nauseous and I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my workout stats I track with my FitBit Blaze, as well as the amount I can push myself overall.
Even after being 555+ days into this keto journey I’m still learning what works best for me and adapting as those needs change.
