Perspective is a hell of a thing. I’ve been feeling a little stagnant when it comes to progress lately but timehop on facebook helped set me straight today, 4 yrs ago vs now. I used to be sooooo self conscious of my arms and now I go sleeveless without a second thought!
This week I’ve gotten through Week 3 Day 3 of C25K! I started this program at the beginning of the year and actually was pretty close to completing it, but then I let life get in the way. Last time I was running outside with my dog but now that it’s starting to get really hot out I’ve switched to using a treadmill at the gym.
I’m pairing the C25K program with Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred dvd and now I’m starting to remember what ab muscles feel like and how sore they can get!
